Free assessment of your AWS bill

Send me an anonymized Cost Explorer export and I'll tell you the three biggest things I'd fix. No access needed, no commitment, takes about two minutes.

Your CSV gets anonymized right here in your browser before it goes anywhere. Account IDs and resource names get replaced with generic labels. I only see costs, services, and regions - which is all I need to find the leaks.

Step 1

Export your Cost Explorer CSV

This takes about two minutes. You don't need any special permissions beyond what you already have to view your AWS bill.

  1. Sign in to the AWS Cost Explorer in your management (payer) account.
  2. Set the date range to the last 3 months (or longer if you want a broader picture).
  3. Set the granularity to Daily.
  4. Under "Group by," pick Usage Type. This shows exactly which instance sizes and SKUs are driving your bill - that's where the leaks hide.
  5. Click "Download as CSV" in the top-right corner of the chart. The file downloads to your computer immediately.

If you have multiple payer accounts, export a CSV from each one. You can upload them separately - I'll analyze them together.
Step 2

Drop your CSV here - it gets anonymized before upload

Where should I send the report?

Got it. I'll take a look.

I'll send you a report within 48 hours with the three biggest cost leaks I can see from your data - and what I'd do about each one.

No strings attached. If the numbers are interesting, we'll talk. If not, you keep the report.
